I had to make 4 custom embroidery patches for some costume. We need them done in 1 day so we can use them for a film shoot on the next day. I called 5 different places in south bay. None of them can do in such a short turn around time and such a small order. I sent Ken an email the night before. The next day he called me said: I can get them done today. By 5:30PM the patches are ready for pick up. They look beautiful. Highly recommended to anyone needs custom embroidery done.

Highly recommend Chriss Stitches!!! Quality work, great customized service, resonably priced, and quick turn-around time!! I spent a lot of time researching other places and was so happy to find Chriss Stitches! I brought 9 bathrobes in to be embroidered (on a Monday) and needed it done by Thursday...but, was pleasantly surprised that Ken was able to complete the work by the very next day!! We could not be happier with the results (the bathrobes turned out beautifully!)...and the customer service!! We will definitely return there again! Thank you Chriss Stitches!!

I just received a dog training club jacket done by Chris's Stitches and am very pleased with both the jacket and the great service. The jacket is good quality, the embroidery is super, and the service from Ken is really great. I will continue to do business with them and will recommend that my friends do the same. Ken and Chris did a great job for me. I was working on a short deadline and they came through 110%. They take a personal interest in the customer and their work. I would definitely recommend them.

I've done business with Chris's Stiches three or four times and my orders keeps getting larger and larger.
Chris and Ken are one of the rare vendors that actually communicates with you on your needs and not only that but will step up to the bat for any issues that you may encounter and go beyond and above his call of duty to ensure that you are satisified with your product (have I mentioned that I ordered repeatily from him??).
Chris and Ken has a solid base, solid reputation, and is trustworthy with any orders or anything that you would need.
When I need to, I will go back to Chris and Ken for refilling my orders.
The turnabout time period is pretty reasonable for this type of work-

Customer Service: I have received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from Chris's Stitches going thru e-mail, then I can get anywhere else in person. I highly recommend them for all your Embroidery needs. My VFW_Riders organization will be using them exclusivly for all our patch needs. Always on time, great prices, I can't say enough about theie work. Please keep up the GREAT WORK!!!

That's what I call SERVICE: Chris and Ken are the best in the Bay Area. There attention to detail and commitment to service puts me at ease. Even with a quick turn request, Chris & Ken get the job done. Not to mention how, they took our logo and captured every color details, many of our past vendors took our logo and made the colors very flat, where Chris & Ken brought it alive.
If you are looking for "A-1 Service" you have chose the right place.

Excellent product and superb customer service: We have worked with Chris & Stitches for the past half year and to date there have been zero complaints. Product and customer service is excellent. Ken & Chris make an excellent combo. While Ken provides the superb customer service, makes reccomendations and works with us on our budget and price reductions, Chris delivers what is promise. Never thought embroidery could have the picture perfect look but with Ken & Chris as our vendors, picture perfect is what we've been getting all along.
If you are looking for a vendor that delivers exactly what they promise, you are defiitely looking in the right place.
